We are both on living the IF OMAD lifestyle. Here is a collage of our progress since Raia began on October 19th, 2017. In the beginning, we were skeptical about the health concerns of fasting as it conflicted with our training around nutrition, weight gains, losses, fat burning and blood sugar
My body gained energy, strength, changes in body composition. On the IF OMAD regime, I went from 135 pounds down to my current base w= weight 97-99 pounds.
A month ago my hubs David Malloy chose to also jump on the Delay Don't Deny lifestyle and in one month he almost reached his base
weight and lost 20 pounds. Now we are both are spreading Gin Calhoun Stephens life-changing methods of clean fasting in our personal and professional lives.
